Promotional codes (e.g., Welcome50%) are subject to expiration and may be revoked if misused.

Refund Policy: We only consider refunds in the following cases:

Payment error – if you were charged incorrectly or more than the advertised price due to a system error.
Website downtime affecting ad quality – if our website was down for more than 24 consecutive hours and that downtime directly reduced the visibility or performance of your active advertisement.

Once your advertisement has been displayed on EscortVibe (even for a partial period), no refund will be issued, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. You agree that by submitting your profile and making a payment, you are purchasing a service that begins immediately upon approval. No refunds for change of mind, low bookings, or any reason other than the two exceptions above, except where local law requires otherwise.

8. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact EscortVibe before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, permanent removal of listings, and collection efforts where permitted by law.

9. Age Verification

EscortVibe reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from advertisers at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or removal.

10. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Content License

By posting content on EscortVibe, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for content that has been shared publicly or cached by third parties.
